Easy to cook
Farmed goatmeat is easy to cook and is tender, juicy and mild in flavor. Similar to quality lamb and beef, depending on the cut, goatmeat can be prepared by grilling, rotisserie, broiling, roasting, sautéing, pan-frying, braising and stewing.

Family farm
Our farm is called ‘Buena Vista’ and we are located west of Gilgandra in Western NSW. We are part of a long-established farming family with over 100 years history
Happy animals
Our goats are lovingly pasture-raised on our family farm. They live a stress-free, healthy outdoor life and graze and socialise naturally as part of a herd.
